In the summer of 2018, a friend from Croatia who has a gluten allergy was able to go to the Gluten Free Miracles bakery, located in Lexington at the time. She was thrilled to eat a cinnamon roll. Upon her return in December of 2023, she hoped to have another cinnamon roll. With a little googling, I found the website for Miracles Bakery and, on very short notice, ordered cinnamon rolls.
