Wow! The danishes are amazing! Really light and flaky and moist! We had the apple/pear and cinnamon/cardamom, and are both very tasty. They are even soft and flaky when cold (probably best warm, but I love cold desserts).

Best GF Danishes ever!! Gone with a day of receiving them. Ryan, my son ate them as both dessert and breakfast. He couldn’t get enough of apple and cherry flavors. Would definitely recommend to anyone with celiac’s, gluten sensitivity, or anyone wanting a great pastry!!
